Hang on... it's coming back to me now... didn't a Wikipaedia article say something about Fai Flowright (Tsubasa Chronicle) making an owl whistling sound as a way to use passive magic...? Sorry, you probably have no idea cos Kate hasn't seen tsubasa so I assume u ain't either... will go check at some point for myself.

p.s. I love Fai Flowright even though he's blatently a gayman! Why are all the pretty mages gay?

I watched a few episodes of Tsubasa chronicles, but neither me nor Kate are great lovers of Clamp XD It might be whistling in general.. I'm not sure.

I know they're for little girlie's anyway, but they often seem to be not as deep as they try to be and are always a little TOO fluffy. They tend to make many characters mysterious, with a lack of background info to make up for the fact that they're not particularly well padded out... like Fai... but I still love him!!!

...but having said that...

I'm not a great fan of the way it's written in the manga, or the storylines, particulary, but have you seen the artwork of Clamp's xxxholic? Those colourschemes and japanese print-like designs and layouts are some of the sexiest things i have ever seen in manga.

And Maru and Moro are sooo cute! "Pan, pan, pan, pan, pancakei!"
