This is a bit of a random submission... Looking through my galleries, I realised that I don't have a very wide range of things from The Tempest posted up here, so here's one of the colour pages from the opening on the book introducing all the characters. I redrew this image during the process of the comic, because the original was horrendous. I'm quite pleased with how the redraw doesn't seem to have aged much despite the amount I've done since The Tempest was finished.
Gotta say, I love when I see that you've posted something, cause it's always a treat! Love your style. So very clean and well-drawn. I am teh jealous! I'll have to look up this Tempest comic for sure
I love your almost-manga theme! very original as always, great shading, realistic pose, good use of (is that stock?) stock images, pleasing colours and beautiful work.
Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
