I'm currently working on some environmental designs for the next stage of our pitch to Tokyopop This is The Name-Taker's room, and is the first of them.
Impressive use of dark, light and shadows to add character to this pic. I also enjoy the way it looks as if the man and his desk is being pulled out of the book under them.

ANYWAY... I really want to attempt useful criticsm for once (I seem to be slacking off on that lately), so I will have to think about this. I think its really good, but I just KNOW you feel there is something that might be improved upon. Or am I crazy?
Holy shit, I'm terribly caffeinated and terribly sorry.

Swishy! Particularly liking the oversized books in the background - I guess if you've got to write everyone's name down, the last thing you want is 20,000 spiral bound notebooks! ^__^
Keep up the good work as ever (like you need me to tell you that! )
Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
