A new character is born out of some sort of primative chaos! XD This is 'Tu' (which means earth/soil as a chinese name, and apparently also a Viet name meaning star) ~kandinsky-prince should be thanked for the name X3
This is going to be part of a character design spread in a book on animation being edited by Chris Patmore, (who lives here ), for whom I also did some work on his Fantasy Females book. This character design began as an alternate version of the main character from Rolighed, but has now become someone entirely different.

(I find it really ironic the way the Fantasy Females book ended up being marketed XD My image in the book is Natsuki, and ~kandinsky-prince's images are Rose and Rilla... none of which are 'seductive cyber babes, or sexy vixxxxens, or clad in chainmail underwear, or even holding weapons... oh well XD)

*EDIT* I've uploaded the full set of images that make up the character design. I also added a surname, 'Bahman', which means angel... so his name is literally, earth angel. However... XD If you say it all fast, it sounds like he's TUMA MAN! Crazy new superhero defending all the uuuh.... tumas....

*EDIT 2* I've tweaked some stuff after a crit by Kate ^_^ I also now realise that Tumour isn't spelt Tuma. What can I say, I was thinking phonetically? XD XD

now this is an incredibly well done character design. I still dont know how to stay so consistant in my work XD I change the way a character looks everytime i draw them. youve really got it pegged X-X

Oh, forgot to say: WAY MORE original that half of the "character" designs people post here. More like Generic Anime FF Game character rip-offs!!

LMAO!!! Tuma Man is my hero!! He is really cute. I must fav this. I looks kind of like... um... Oh, Yeah, Allen Tudyk, that's his name. Yeah, reminds of like, a younger him. Very lovely! ^^

oh nice work! this animation book is going to be surreal...did you know that the other author is Dock from Sweatdrop? I'm not doing anything for this one....I just don't have time ;_; but It's going to be a great one to buy! ^_^

Oh pretty! Wings! I love wings..! :D I really love the character design, and the name is really neat! ^^ I'm going to have to take a look at all those links you put up when I have more time... ;_; I just want to say again, as I probably have numerous times in the past, how much I love your style. I think it might remind me of something from the animatrix maybe..? Have you seen that? It's been so long I don't remember which short it reminds me of, but maybe you'll know what I'm talking about if you've seen it. But yeah, I really like your style :)
